1. Agreement Overview
1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, visiting our premises, or using our co-working services, you (“User,” “Member,” or “you”)
agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our
services.
1.2 Service Provider
These Terms are between you and Easy Works Spaces (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a co-working space provider
located at JMD Megapolis, Sohna Road, Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
1.3 Services Covered
- Co-working space access (open desks and private cabins)
- Meeting room rentals
- Virtual office services
- Event hosting and additional services
- Website and online booking platform
2. Membership and Services
2.1 Membership Types
- Prices may vary at any time at the sole discretion of Easy Works Space.
- Part-time Plans: Flexible access options
- Corporate Plans: Bulk seating with customized terms
- Student/Startup Plans: Special pricing with verification
- Virtual Office: Business address + mail handling
2.2 Membership Application
- Submit complete, accurate application
- Provide valid government-issued ID
- Submit company registration, GST certificate, etc.
- Pay security deposit and advance rent
- Sign membership agreement + facility usage guidelines
2.3 Approval Process
Applications subject to approval. We may reject without reasons. Approval doesn’t guarantee availability. Waiting
lists may apply.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing and Fees
- All prices subject to GST
- Prices may change with 30 days’ notice
- Security deposits refundable (conditions apply)
- Extra services billed separately
3.2 Payment Schedule
- Monthly: Advance by 1st
- Annual: Full or quarterly
- Day Pass: At booking
- Meeting Rooms: At reservation
3.3 Payment Methods
- Cash, cheque, DD, bank transfer
- Online gateways
- Corporate billing arrangements
- International payments may incur charges
3.4 Late Payments
- 2% per month late fee
- Suspension after 7 days non-payment
- Termination after 15 days
- Legal action after 30 days
4. Facility Usage Rules
4.1 General Conduct
- Maintain professionalism and dress code
- Respect members and staff
- No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances
- Keep noise business-appropriate
- Follow posted rules & staff instructions
4.2 Workspace Guidelines
- Hot Desking: First-come, first-served
- Dedicated Desks: Exclusive during term
- Personal items at own risk
- Maintain cleanliness
4.3 Technology and Equipment
- Wi-Fi for business use only
- No illegal downloads/streaming
- Printing/scanning charges apply
- Power use limits for personal devices
- Support during business hours
4.4 Meeting Room Usage
- Advance booking required
- Limits per membership
- 24 hrs notice for full refund on cancellations
- Overtime charged extra
- Setup/cleanup is user’s responsibility
5. Access and Security
5.1 Operating Hours
- Standard: Mon–Sun, 9 AM – 7 PM
- 24/7 for premium members (extra charges)
- Holidays: Limited access
- Emergency: Prior approval required
5.2 Access Control
- Cards/codes on activation
- Lost cards = ₹500 replacement
- No sharing of credentials
- Report lost/stolen immediately
5.3 Security Measures
- CCTV surveillance
- On-site security staff

5.4 Personal Security
- Members responsible for belongings

- Company not liable for theft/damage
6. Visitor and Guest Policy

7. Prohibited Activities
7.1 Strictly Forbidden

- Harassment/discrimination

- Unrelated commercial activity
7.2 Business Restrictions
- No unsolicited sales
- No subletting or unauthorized sharing
- No illegal business registration
- No hazardous storage
7.3 Technology Misuse
- No hacking, phishing, cyber crimes
- No excessive bandwidth use
- No inappropriate content
- No network interference
8. Liability and Insurance
8.1 Company Liability
Limited to gross negligence/willful misconduct. Liability capped at 3 months membership fees. No liability for
indirect losses or force majeure.
8.2 Member Responsibility
Members liable for damages, indemnification required, professional insurance advised, compliance mandatory.
8.3 Insurance Coverage
Company maintains public liability insurance. Members responsible for personal/professional coverage.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Company IP
- Trademarks and branding protected
- Facility design proprietary
- Marketing content copyrighted
- Unauthorized use = legal action
9.2 Member IP
- Members retain their business IP
- Confidentiality respected
- No claims over member content
- Privacy protected
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by Member
- 30 days notice for monthly plans
- Annual plans: early termination charges
- Refunds as per policy
- Final settlement in 15 days
10.2 Termination by Company
- Immediate for breaches
- 7 days notice for non-payment
- 30 days for business reasons
- No refund for violations
10.3 Post-Termination
- Return access cards/property
- Pay outstanding dues
- Remove items in 7 days
- Confidentiality continues
11. Privacy and Data Protection
11.1 Information Collection
We collect personal/business info, CCTV data, usage stats. Limited third-party sharing.
11.2 Data Security
We apply standard security measures, backups, staff training, and breach response.
11.3 Member Rights
Members can request, correct, transfer, or delete data. Complaints mechanisms available.

Direct discussions, complaints process, mediation. 30-day resolution for most cases.
14.2 Legal Proceedings
Indian laws apply. Gurgaon courts jurisdiction. Arbitration for commercial disputes. Class action waived.
15. Modifications and Updates
15.1 Terms Changes
Updates may occur. 30 days notice for major changes. Continued use = acceptance.
15.2 Service Changes
Services/pricing may change with notice. Existing members may be grandfathered.
16. General Provisions
- Severability: Invalid parts don’t affect rest
- Entire Agreement: Includes Privacy Policy + membership agreement
- Assignment: Members need consent; company may assign with notice
- Waiver: Non-enforcement isn’t waiver
